We're using Project Server 2003 sp2A and Outlook 2003 SP2. We're trying to
use the Outlook Add-in so our resources can import their assignements into
Outlook. Our users are constantly getting the following error after clicking
the "Import New Assignments" button:

Please reload the Project Add-in for Outlook by clicking Options on the
Tools menu. From the Other tab, click Advanced Options and then COM Add-ins.
On the COM Add-ins dialog, ensure that Microsoft Project Server Add-In is
checked, and then click OK. If this dows not resolve the issue, you may need
to repair or reinstall the add-in via Add or Remove Programs from the Control
Panel.

This error comes up intermittently. When the error does occure, the user
must close Outlook and run Outlook again to make another attempt. Sometimes
the assignements are imported just fine. I believe this error is not a good
indication of the real cause because we've tried re-installing the Add-in
with no change in symptoms. Also, since the problem is intermittent, it does
work sometimes which leads me to believe the Add-in is installed OK.
Also, I can reproduce the error by clicking the Import New Assignments
button a couple of times before the new assignments dialog box pops up. The
problem gets worse as more assignments are imported.
I'm also able to reproduce the problem on a variety of workstations as well
as by logging on to the project server directly.
Has anyone seen this? Is there a fix available?
