Outlook Add-in from where to download

Hi,
I want to install Oulook Add-in for project server 2003. Can some one please
help from where can I download it?

On the PWA Home page, click the Work with Outlook link in the sidepane on
the right side of the page. On the Work with Outlook page, click the
Download Now buttona and complete the installation process. Hope this
helps.
