The Registry Key of Add-in can be found under the HKCR ([HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\]) only i.e. not found any entry under HKLM ([HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\]). 3). Imported this Add-In registry key from HKCM to HKLM to reflect for all the users who are get into this particular PC. It will need to have administrative privileges to Import or change the Registry Key in this fashion. 4).
