Outlook add-in not working for Italian version of Outlook XP

I sent somebody a COM add-in (built-in VB6) for Outlook XP. However the
add-in does not load in MS outlook in Italian. Any idea of how I can resolve
this in my VB dll code?

It should work the same no matter what language is being used if the addin
is written correctly. You probably will have to use a debug version of your
addin to write extensive information to a log file so you can examine the
log file and see what's happening or not happening.

Using an older version of redemption in it?
It had a problem and that was solved in a later version.
