Outlook Add-In using .Net

Any of youg guys developed an Outlook Add-In using .Net? My add-in
launches a dialog box when you hit send for a Mail Item. The problem is
that it always starts minimized. It only happens on the 1st time. On
succeeding mails, the Dialog Box displays normally when I hit send.

Have done a lot with Outlook and with .NET but I dont understand your
problem can you provide a code sample and or elaborate on your issue please
