Outlook Add-in View issue

Hi there.

I have Outlook 2007 on a Win XP SP2 client connecting to Project Server 2007
SP1. I have installed the Outlook Add in but there is an issue, I do not see
the PWA form. I see the default Task form that Outlook uses instead.

I am able to connect up to the server and import assignments - and see the
assignments just fine in my task list, but there isn't a PWA task form when I
open them.

I have removed the Outlook Addin - rebooted - downloaded another copy, same
issue.

Any ideas?
