outlook add in views

I'm looking at the following website on tracking tasks in the outlook add in.
It looks great and is functioning properly. However, the first screen shot
on this link shows tche timesheet showing when double clicking on a task in
your calendar. When I double click a task, I get the second screen shot
view. How do I go about getting the firs screen shot view, the timesheet
view?

Thank you!

The first display occurs when you're tracking using hours worked and work
remaining and users must report their work every day. The second is work and
work remaining when hours are reported in weekly or larger buckets. You need
to change the tracking method in your projects. To do this, first set the
defaults in Project Web Access so that new project will use the new tracking
methods. Then, have each project manager change the tracking method in your
existing projects and use Collaborate > Publish > Republish to republish all
tasks. Note that any task that has actually started will not change its
tracking method.

Hi Gary,

Where in Project do I change the tracking method as you suggested earlier in
this post. "Then, have each project manager change the tracking method in
your
existing projects "

Thanks in advance
