Outlook Add-In

We have successfully downloaded Outlook add-in and it works fine. However, I
have a user with a PC AND a notebook. If he uses the notebook, then the
toolbar totally disappears from the PC, and vice-versa. The only way to get
the Outlook add-in back to the other machine is to reboot that machine. Is
this really the way it is suppossed to work?
