Outlook addin does not write registry

Hi,

I developped an OutlookAddins and installed it on a client machine.
The installation is done properly.
But the addins is not activated. I checked the registry and realized that
the Addins updated HKCU/software/../Outlook/Addins
But I checked also the HKCR but realised that the CLID was not created thus
the codebase is not specified.

In the development machine everything is done rigth but the code base is
specified to the wrong path (installation path)

Can somebody help me out there.
How to configure setup to update registry with correct values ?
