OUtlook Addin Error

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the following issue and
if anyone knows if there is an update available for the OUtllok Addin that
addresses it.

Frequently, when any user receives reminders for tasks imported from the
Project Server they receive this error message.

"Please reload the Project Add-in for Oulook by clicking Trust Center on the
Tools menu. From there, click Addins, and then Go under Manage COM Addins. On
the COM Add-ins dialog, ensure that Microsoft Office Project Server 2007
Add-in for Outlook is checked, and then click OK. If this does not resolve
the issue you mau need to repair or reinstall the add-in via Add or Remove
programs from the Control Panel."

Followed by:

Run-time error 91:
Component: PSComAddin.cls
Proceduere: Convert2Assignment
Error Number: 91
Error Source: MPSInt12
Error Description: Object variable or With block not set

I have tried reinstalling the addin multiple times with no luck. This error
occurs using both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 connected to a Project 2007
SP1 Server.

I think this issue may only occur when more than one Project Task Reminder
is presented at once, but I cannot confirm this to be the case. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

I am also getting it mostly when reminders pop up, I have to exit Outlook 2007 and then re-open it. The box stays checked in the COM-Addin section, but I cannot update a ticket on the Project Server until I close and re-open. This is Outlook 2007 SP1, all available updates, with Project 2007 SP1 server. Anyone have any idea?
