outlook address book & contacts

Recently upgraded to windows XP and new computer. How do
I transfer my address book from old computer? What is the
file called and where is it located? Also keep getting
message on new computer when I try to pull up contact
list that says "The address list could not be displayed.
The contacts folder associated with this address list
could not be opened: it may have been moved or deleted or
you do not have permission"

The Outlook Address Book is just another view of your Contacts folder.
Contacts are stored within the .PST file. If you've already moved your
..PST file and you have access to everything else but you're just not
seeing your contacts in the Address Book, see if the information in the
following MSKB article helps:
