Outlook Address Book not installed by MST

Is there an issue to this ? I have created an MST file for Office XP
installation. In the MST creation wizard, I have specified to create an
Outlook Address Book but when a user logs on, nothing is created ! (I have
the same problem with the automatic PST creation.). Otherwise, all the
parameters are changed, Outlook knows the good server to connect and it sets
correctly the user profile behalve the Outlook Addres Book and the PST file
!

If someone as a clue.
