outlook address book recovery after windows xp

Hi, I'm having a similar problem. I installed XP and
then had to reinstall Outlook. My Outlook doesn't point
to all of my contacts and saved e-mail (in my outlook.pst
file). How do I get my Outlook to now point to my old
outlook.pst file? If you know of get an answer to your
question, let me know who answered it and maybe they can
answer mine too.
My wife works at Verizon too (here in Fort Wayne,
Indiana).
