outlook address book

I am using outlook 2000 SR-1 build 9.0.0.3821

I would like to know how to sort the address book by last name rather than
first name. Any help you can give me will be appreciated

Mail support mode?

97, 98/2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode:
Tools menu > Services > Highlight the Outlook Address Book service > Click
Properties > Set sort order

98/2000 Internet Mail Only:
Tools menu > Address Book > View menu > Sort by
