Outlook Address Book

Hey all, I am using Outook 6. If i am composing a mail the
emaild is updated to the addressbook. Is there any option
that automatically includes the sender's email address in
the addressbook. Ex. If i am receiving a mail from x with
email id [email protected], this email id should be automatically
updated to my addressbook. can anyone help me regarding
this.
