Outlook Address Book

MS Outlook 2002 SP 2 Question.

When creating a new mail message, I click on the "To:"
field to insert a contact. Some of my contact lists come
up last name first others come up first name then last
name. I can't figure out how to change this. My XP
version at home allows me to double click on the name
header to cycle through the options.

What sort order did you specify for the Outlook Address Book?
If you don't know, look:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order

Thanks, it worked after I followed your instructions,
closed Outlook and restarted it.
