Outlook Address Book

When I respond to a Message, I click Actions, click New Mail Message, click
the To button, Select Names popsup.

I move to Show Names from the: The Drop Down shows Global Address List,
All Address Lists
Outlook Address Book

Under Outlook Address Book I have serveral folders, five to be extact I want
to delete all but one. How do I do that?

Aloha Rick,

What version of Outlook are you using? In the recent versions you could go
to View| E-mail Accounts | View or Change Address Books, select the Outlook
Address Book and edit it. There you could remove Contacts folders you don't
want included.

Ben,

Thank you for your assistance. I looked around and couldn't find the View|
E-mail Accounts | View or Change Address Books, I did find it under Tools |
E-mail Accounts | View or Change Address Books and I just deleted the entire
Outlook Address book. That deleted all the folders and I was able to install
a clean Address book with just the folder I wanted. Thanks again for
pointing me in right direction.
