Outlook address book

I have a user running Win2k sp4 with office 2k sr1. When
she creates a new mail message and clicks on the TO button
and selects her Outlook address book, outlook blows up and
an error message is created. The error is;

Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
windows. You will need to restart the program.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
