Outlook Address Book

Can anyone help??? I purchased a new Dell Computer and
the Microsoft Office program. When I entered my e-mail
addresses in Outlook under "Contacts", it filed them all
by first name instead of last name.

There is an option for filing when you enter the
information and I requested it file them by last name but
no matter what I do they still appear by first name.

Is there a solution? Thanks for your help/suggestions.

If Herb's suggestion does not work, try Tools->Email
Accounts->Directories->View or Change. On the next page, set your display
order at the bottom of the dialogue box.
