Outlook addresses inWord

I found a tip, I think it was in "Inside Microsoft Word", how to put an
Outlook address book address in Word. (Just put the proper icon on the
toolbar. There's also some simple formatting to make the addresses
format correctly). It worked perfectly, using the Windows 2000/Office
2000 combination. It worked perfectly, using the Windows XP Home/Office
XP combination. But it does not work using Windows XP Pro. Furthermore
(must be part of the same problem) Outlook Address book does not open
with the Tools|Envelopes and Labels command. Have you heard of anyone
else having this problem? Even better, do you have a solution?
