I am generally very good at searching through e-mails to find the one I need.
However, Outlook seems to add single quotation marks to my mail recipient
names sometimes, which causes Outlook to not be able to sort by name properly
-- thus, making it more difficult for me to find what I'm looking for.
For example, my Outlook contact my be set up as...
Smith, John OR (e-mail address removed)
....and that is the way the e-mail looks until I press SEND.
But when I go to the sent box, the name in the TO box shows up as...
'Smith, John' OR '(e-mail address removed)'
When I double, click on the name, it shows the following:
Display name: (e-mail address removed)
E-mail address: (e-mail address removed)
Is there a specific reason Outlook does this?
Any way to prevent this from occurring?
