Outlook adds '=SMTP:' to email address.

When I type an email address into outlook it adds =SMPT: to it. For
example if I type (e-mail address removed) and press send, it would replace
the entry with =SMPT:[email protected] and then tell me "outlook does
not recognize one or more names." Any ideas on how to fix this?
