Outlook agenda: Uses current time in stead of time appointment

One of my employees tries to make an appointment. In stead of the time
of the appointment (i.e. 16:30) outlook uses the current time. This
problem only occurs at his workstation. How or were can I fix this
problem. Does anyone had the solution for us?
