Outlook - ALL messages on server downloaded every time I Logon

Every time I log on to Outlook, all the messages stored on the server are
downloaded. This is now a problem, since I have to delete every time more
than 400 messages.
This problem started to occur a few weeks ago.

Check your email account settings, if there are two or more email accounts -
remove all but the server email account.

In Outlook 2007 - Tools, Account Settings, Email Tab (remove all but the
Exchange Account.) chances are you have the server account set up also as a
pop3 account or something.
