When you send a decline or tentative to an outlook meeting invite, there
should be a standard field with options such as "meeting clash", "on leave"
etc etc. That way in large meetings, the meeting organiser can receive a
quick summary in the scheduling tab of not only whether attendees are
attending but also why.
