Outlook alway open with Outlook Today

If you're using Windows XP, the Outlook shortcut in the
Start menu is actually a "read your email" shortcut, so it
starts Outlook always in the Inbox.
To solve this problem, start Outlook using the shortcut
that is the "all programs" menu.

Hi,

In Outlook 2000, you can find that setting here:

Tools > Options > Other - click Advanced button
- set "Startup in this folder" to "Inbox"

Also, it's a good idea to include in your requests for help information
regarding the version of software you're using (in this case, Outlook) and
what mode you're working (Corporate/Workgroup, etc.). It makes it easier
for people who wish to try to assist.

Hope this helps,

Louise
