outlook and Act! 2000

I got a new computer and have installed ACT and outlook. When I try to
configure Act to use outlook I get the error message: The Installed Version
of Outlook is not suported. It is and I have had this problem before with
other computers. The problem is that I think that they have taken the fix
off of the act website. It involved chaning some registry balues. I am
hoping someone out there knows what I need to do and can help me.

What version of ACT and Outlook?
