Outlook and AOL - Issues: Deleted email, error messages, ...

Jon

I use Outlook to access AOL and I am having the following issues:

1) Emails are automatically deleted by AOL after 30 days in both Outlook and
AOL. Is there any way to automatically save, retain or archive the emails?

2) When LAN drops out and then comes back, I have to click on "Send/Receive"
to get Outlook to again automatically receive emails.

3) When I send an email, I get the following two error messages:

" Task 'AOL Email - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing
(SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP). The server responded: 554 TRANSACTION FAILED' "

" Checking now for mail in subscribed folders on AOL Email" (This error
message stays up in a dialog box showing level of completion of the task and
does not go away)

Any and all help will be appreciated.

Not automatically, due to Outlook's inability to operate rules on IMAP
folders. You can manually copy the messages over.
