I have tried to set up a client's PC so that Outlook is used ONLY to send
email that is generated by an Access application. I know (think?) I can set
up outlook to be the only email program but she wants to continue using the
AOL interface (don't as my why) so the quetion is can both Outlook and AOL be
running at the same time?
Right now I am gettint the following error message when I open Outlook.
"A connection to the server could not be established. imap.aol.com is now in
offline mode"
I have checked various resources such as
http://postmaster.info.aol.com/imap/outlook02.html on how to setup Outlook to
use an AOL account but do see this issue addressed.
Any and all help is appreciated.
