Outlook and EULA pop-up

Hello,

I run a laptop with Window 7 and Office 2003 which I installed. Did
'typical' install of Office 2003 Basic Ed., ativated OK, but each and every tim
I open Outlook the EULA window pops up and it gets annoying to have to click t
accept every time for each of the M-Office programs.
Is there a way to get rid of the EULA pop-up?
