Outlook and Exchange - Passwords

New Dell Computer.
Office XP on the workstation.
Small Business Server 2000 on the Server (Exchange 2000).

Logs into the network fine.
Starts Outlook fine.
After about 30 minutes, it asks for a password when sending and receiving email.

Other users are not having problems on other workstations.

Any idea what is going on.
