Outlook and Express

My chosen email client is Outlook 2003 but for other
reasons (Outlook can´t unsplit messages splited by OE) I
use some times OExpress. both database are password
protected. when
I open Outlook, inmediatly OE executes and ask me for the
password, I dont Know Why, this i annoying thing.
I dont want to see OE window asking me for a password each
time that I open Outlook!

what can i do?
