If you'd like to enhance Outlook with a diary program AND
a note taking functionality I recomment getting Franklin
Covey's Plan Plus for Microsoft Outlook. It is available
through the Franklin Covet website as well s their stores
and I believe through other select retailers.
If you use a Franklin paper Planner, Plan Plus brings the
Franklin methodoligy to Outlook. It will let you
prioritize tasks, set up goals, weekly compass, keep a
daily record, take notes through Power Notes, and
everything else Outlook does. On one screen you can see
your schedule, tasks, daily record, and email or power
notes.
Plan Plus works great with Outlook 2003 as well!
BTW, I don't work for Franklin Covey, I just think the
product brings so much more to Outlook. Being a user of
the Franklin Planner for over 10 years now, this really
brings the familiarity of the paper planner to Outlook.
I think it is a must have for all Outlook users that use
Outlook for more than just email.
