Outlook and Hotmail receive mail

I have already configured Outlook 2002 (not Express), to
iuse my Hotmail account within Outlook. I am not using an
Exchange Server. I can send out e-mail to the Hotmail
accout from Outlook, but can not receive email into my
InBox from Outlook. I have referenced Microsoft KB
article 287424.

Any help will be appreciated
