Outlook and IMAP

HI,
I just swithced from OutlookEpress to Outlook2003 and am
having a problem with interfacing with the IMAP server
that outlook epress worked with so well for two years. I
am pretty certain I have already posted to this group
(though throug UNIX off google groups, this is direct
from microsotf's support pages), but I have another
hurdle in solving this problem. In serching for an
answer I cam accross a reference to Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 25858. It looks like it solves my
problem, but when I go through and request support, after
entering my product ID I get a message saying E-support
is not available. I am from Atlanta GA, but am traveling
out of the States right now, and don't really like the
thought of spending big bucks on my mobile phone bill
roaming on hold while waiting to talk to MS. Isn't there
some way I can get the patch for this? The knowlege base
artical says it's a bug, I don't understand why It's not
on the net. Or if it is and I am just ignorant of how to
get it, can someone please educate me?

Thanks,

Bryan

Hotfixes are not available for download, because they have not received the
testing that a public service pack or other update would have. If Outlook
came preinstalled on your computer, then you will need to go through your
system's support to get the hotfix. This is part of Microsoft's arrangement
with computer manufacturers.
