Outlook and inbox

Hello,

I should be glad if you could give me support with my Outlook.

I would automatically position on folder Inbox when Outlook is loaded,
while at this point is not.

Moreover, I would have Outlook automatically read email when loaded,
while now this doesn't happen, but it is necessary that I press button
Send/Receive.
