Outlook and InfoPath Form

Hi,
InfoPath form can view and submit inside outlook. Do the people receive
infopath from email need to have infopath application install in there PC
also? Or there just to have Outlook.

Outlook 2003 will be support InfoPath form submit? If not I think the
feature too limit to ppl that have outlook 2007 only.

If receiver party are not using Outlook to open that email what there
will see inside the email content?
