Outlook and iPhone, deleted inbox recovery

I accidently changed my iPhone settings to delete my hotmail inbox after one
week losing 5 years of emails. Hotmail says they are deleted from their
server, but possibly could be saved in temp or backup files in Outlook.

I have already opened Outlook and it is synced with hotmail (inbox gone),
but I am wondering if there is a temp file or backup from the last time I
opened Outlook, somewhere on my harddrive that I can use to restore my
Hotmail Inbox?

any suggestions you can provide are greatly appreciated as i have lost
people's addresses, photos, etc.

If you deliberately made a backup, then there is one and since you made it,
you'll know where it is. if you didn't make one, there is none.

Thanks Brian. No backup made unfortunately. Do you know if there is a way to
pull my Inbox from my iPhone into outlook?

iTunes should be able to do that.
