We are standardized on Lotus Notes as our email system, but we implemented an
Exchange/Outlook pilot about a year or so ago.
The pilot went well until we ran into some callendar issues.
The most notable issue is that when someone who is on Outlook, schedules a
repeating meeting, the invitation gets onto both Outlook and Notes calendars
just fine.
Where the problem comes in is if any changes are made the the original
meeting like say changing the location etc.
The changes will get onto the Outlook calendar, but not the Notes calendar.
You can imagine what a mess that causes.
It's impossible to gradually migrate people from Notes to Outlook if the two
won't work together.
Has anyone seen this issue before and does anyone have suggestions/solutions
to this?
Thanks
