Outlook and Mail Merge

I'm trying to send mail merge with outlook. I have a nice
formatted word letter, including a hyperlink.
1. If I do the mail merge in HTML the link is not working
anymore (what can I do?)
2. If I use plain text the link will work, but than I have
to authorize each single email.

Please help!! How can I do an html mail merge with link or
how can I send plain text without hitting 'Yes' again and
again.

Office XP, right? Get your service packs up to date, and you'll be able to send HTML format merges with good links and no security prompts.
