Outlook and MAPI (send to)

Hi
When I try to send data using MAPI I get the following error.

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE WINDOWS
ADDRESS BOOK.

MAPI 1.0 (00000220)

This even occurs when I right click on a file and select SEND TO ( I can
over come that by adding Outlook.exe in the SEND TO prompt, but can not solve
the MAPI error).

FYG My W2K pro box works normally and can perform all the above without
errors.

Any suggestions?
