My wife has been using Microsoft Magnifier for years now, both at home and at
work. She uses it for everything, including reading mail with Outlook (at
work) and OWA (at home), which worked fine until recently.
Unfortunately things changed when they recently upgraded the systems where
she works. The new verion of Outlook (2007, I believe) seems to have a
problem when moving the cursor around using the arrow keys. Before,
everything moved smoothly and quickly when moving he cursor around, which is
how she reads text. But now, every time she moves the cursor, the magnifier
display jumps to the upper left corner of the work area, stays there for a
bit, then jumps back to the cursor position. This is a big problem for her.
As far as I can tell, this problem only occurs with this new version of
Outlook. And the other programs she uses (Word, Excel, Notepad, OWA) still
behave properly.
Any ideas?
