Outlook and MSP Server 2003

I have downloaded the M/S Outlook plug-in for MSP Server 2003 however have a
problem.

I can access PWA and MSP Server 2003 without problems (using my Windows
Authentication), and I can set the Server address in the Outlook options and
test the connection successfully, however if I try to either Import New
Assignments or Update Project Web Access from Outlook I get a dialog box
that indicates my 'Login Failed'
