Outlook and multiple hotmail account problem

I am trying to configure Outlook to check two different hotmail accounts.
It works fine with the first one and it works with my isp email but the
other hotmail addy cannot be d/l. It is always the hotmail addy that is 2nd
on the list to the other one, so if I were to take the 2nd one and set it
before the other one, then that one would work as opposed to the one that
used to be 1st. So I know it must have something to do with logging off the
server or something but there are no options to control time outs and
everything. I would really like to consolodate everything onto Outlook so
that I can begin to weed out old addresses and such.
