Hi,
I have three network printers mapped on my computer and each has been
configured with different preferences using the "Printing Preferences"
button under the "General" tab of the printer's properties window i.e.:
Printer 1 (default): 2-sided, collated, color
Printer 2: 1-sided, 1 staple, b&w
Printer 3: 2-sided, 3 punch hole, color
When trying to print an email message from Outlook (File -> Print) the
only time these preferences will reflect is if I print to the default
printer. However, if I select a different printer i.e. printer 2
(non-default) my prefernces are not imported and Outlook uses the
printer "Printing defaults" which are found under teh "Advanced tab" of
the printer's properties window.
Is this normal behaviour (if so, is there a KB article explaining why?)
or is this a known bug (if its a bug, is there a known workaround/fix
for it?).
Thanks,
Ahmed
