Outlook and Norton: Why are all of my messages marked [SPAM]?

J

Jen0214

I am at a loss. I have the option turned on to trust email from my Contacts,
and at the moment my Spam filter is set to low (in the hopes that would solve
the problem), but still any mail I get is marked as [SPAM]. I don't quite
know if this is an Outlook-related issue or a Norton-related isue. Running
XP, Office Pro, and Norton 2005. ANY help at all would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks.

It's definetely not an Outlook feature. It could also be that your ISP is
doing this. Check your webbased account to see if [SPAM] is already added
then. If not; it's NAS.
