Do you mean the MS Power toy that was released with SP1? What error are
you getting when you try to install?

There's a problem with the exe file you dowload to install this Powertoy
creating the proper directory upon install, but here's a simple workaround.
You'll need Winzip to do this.

SAVE (do not RUN) the file to your desktop (or other directory). Open
Winzip, and open the exe file with Winzip. You'll see the .MSI file you need
there. Highlight it and extract it to the desktop. When you get the error
message again when you open up Outlook, just redirect it to where you saved
the .MSI file. The installation will finish then, and the Powertoy will work.

Enjoy. :)
