I have an MS Access database with a hyperlink field. The
db contains names, address, etc. and a hyperlink to their
respective resumes in pdf format for a group of volunteers
for a non-profit organization. When a request is made for
persons with certain skills, a search is done to select 5-
6 persons who meet the criteria.
From the short list, we would like to e-mail the
volunteers resumes to the prospective non-paying "clients"
so they can select the specific person required.
Is there an easy way of taking the hyperlinked resume and
directly attaching it to the e-mail. To go back to the
usual attachment template and select the particular
resumes from a list of perhaps 100 names would be very
labourious.
I would be using either Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
