Outlook and Outlook Express

My default email client is Outlook but for other reasons I
use some times OExpress. both are password protected. when
I open Outlook, inmediatly OE executes and ask for the
password, I dont Know Why, this i annoying thing.
I dont want to see OE window asking me for a password each
time that I open Outlook!

what can i do?
