Outlook and Windows CE inbox transfer

I have an iPaq running Windows CE 2002. Every time I try
to use the Windows CE Inbox Transfer I get the following
message: "Unable to connect to mobile device. This
version of Windows CE Inbox Transfer will not function
correctly with this device." Any help on the subject is
greatly appreciated.
